Here are pics of my cousin Meikel's stylish and unique wedding gown. This dress was an ecclectic collaboration by Meikel and a talented designer/seamstress Melissa Blackburn. My absolute favorite thing about this gown is the empire collar. Meikel stood out amongst the other brides at the temple that day- in that her gown was not the typical Mormon wedding dress; puffy, bright white w/the regulation neckline and cap sleeve. This is proof to my young women that it is possible to be incredibly stylish and beautiful while being modest at the same time!!!
