I wonder if Aaron ever thought he would be
using his skateboard for this...



...and now the annoying slope of our
backyard can be of some use.

I can't remember what had happened to make Haily

upset, but I do rememer that she did not want Mom

to help that time, she wanted her Dad.

This is our family. Aaron P. E. Gary, Marianne E. N. Gary,

Myka Krystianna Gary and Haily Jane Gary. Here we are

in our front yard having our pictures taken on a sunny,

Saturday morning in late July, 2007.

Look at our little girls! My heart is going to burst out
of my chest- I love them so much! How did I get that
picture?!! It is perfect!

my little artists

Myka is into painting these days. It's great. But if we don't

get things cleaned up right away, another little artist starts

to paint...

And then eat the paint! Yikes Haily! That can't taste

good! But she does the same thing with dirt and sand.

my provo girls

In Utah, all last year, I got to be a part of the Provo 1st

ward Young Womens. Lucky me! This group of girls

and leaders was so much fun to know and love. Each

girl was quite her own individual person, yet they were

genuinely devoted to each other as friends and sisters in

this great LDS youth program. I miss them...

Hey! Those aren't young women! Those are the wonderful

P1 boys who helped me get our house ready to sell back

in February at a youth/family service project.

melodee's pilar pobil

My dear Aunt Melodee from Salt Lake City emailed me in

June about a painting she had acquired in honor of Myka.

She had visited the artist Pilar Pobil's latest exhibition and

purchased this mixed medium portrait of a redheaded

woman. I love it. I have a picture of it on my fridge and it

always catches my eye with its vibrant colors and the

woman's intriguing countenance.
